Northside Tutoring respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through our website and tutoring services.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit through forms (name, email, phone)
- Information about your student's academic goals, grade level, and target schools
- Anonymous usage analytics via Google Site Kit
- Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
How we use your information
- To match your student with the right tutor
- To schedule sessions and communicate about progress
- To process payments and send invoices
- To send the optional newsletter you opted into
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with: (a) tutors assigned to your student, (b) payment processors (Stripe), and (c) email/SMS service providers when you opt in to communications.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@northsidetutoring.com.
Terms of Service
1. Tutoring engagement
By engaging Northside Tutoring, you agree to our Parent / Student Agreement. Sessions are scheduled directly between the family and the assigned tutor through our online portal.
2. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, pro-rated to the unused portion of any package. Tutors require 24-hour notice for cancellations, and our 20-minute wait policy applies on no-shows.
3. Tutor rescheduling
Tutors may reschedule a lesson at any time. If they reschedule within 24 hours of the start time, a makeup lesson will be provided at a mutually amenable time and location.
4. Bundle swapping
Upon request, Northside may redirect remaining funds within packages between subject and test prep tutoring at management's discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
5. Conduct
Northside Tutoring may terminate the engagement without refund if a student is found engaging in unethical or illegal behavior, or has unresolved behavioral or disciplinary issues.
6. Score guarantee
If a student meets all eligibility requirements but does not demonstrate the defined score improvement, Northside provides up to 10 additional hours of private tutoring or extends access to our AI-led tutoring program for 30 days, at no additional cost.
